Responsibilities • Function in both the intake and on-reputed company Service Coordinator (SC) role. • Serve as the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team SC and facilitator of the IFSP process for an assigned caseload. • Assist with development and implementation of SPOE administration plan for recruitment. • Assist with EIT SPOE administration plan and SPOE administration plan for EI examiners. • Assist with the review of the functioning of reputed company EIT consisting of the number of provider authorizations and EI examiners per team, providers per discipline, vacancies and EIT attendance. • Facilitate regular EIT meeting reputed company the region. • Address complaints regarding providers. • reputed company and ensure reputed company and monitoring of providers to ensure reputed company services, support team-based care, address billing and provider concerns, coordinate service delivery, and assist with reputed company needs. • Participate in company and state leadership meetings as requested. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in one of the following plus one year of experience working with families & young children: Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, Child/reputed company Development, Nursing, Psychology, Education Administration, Sociology, Family Science/Studies, Counseling OR other Bachelor's degree with three years of experience working with families and young children. • Must have one year leadership/management experience. • Meet provider enrollment qualifications for Service Coordinator. • Demonstrated leadership ability.
