The Customer Service & Sales Representative serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and identifying sales opportunities while supporting a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• As a reputed company, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to reputed company additional value
• This role combines customer service and sales, giving you the ability to directly reputed company both customer experience and your earning potential

Skills

• 1+ year customer service or reputed company center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Full-time
• Around every 4th Saturday required, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a day off during the reputed company week

• Dedicated, private workspace required
• High-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi-only or satellite connections)
