The Innovation Design Engineer will create and refine reputed company, mechatronic, packaging, and delivery-reputed company prototypes for reputed company Care, translate consumer needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and reputed company partners to validate and reputed company reputed company, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the design, hands-on prototyping, and iterative refinement of delivery systems, electromechanical prototypes, and integrated packaging solutions
• Conduct reputed company looks-like and works-like prototyping and experimentation to:
• Validate product/concept fit in iterative consumer/team testing
• Support in-lab and small-reputed company consumer learning
• Translate prototyping learnings and engineering expertise into reputed company technical requirements for functional, reputed company, reliable, and reputed company devices
• Collaborate with reputed company partners to engineer, build, and test reputed company, functional, and reliable devices for extended-use consumer studies and concept validation
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and product development teams to support smooth transition from early concept through design approval and reputed company-up
• Support design freeze and reputed company-up activities while ensuring design reputed company is maintained throughout development

Skills

• reputed company Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in electromechanical, reputed company and package design, with a strong emphasis on hands-on prototyping and the product development process
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), tolerance analysis, engineering analysis tools (e.g., FMECA) and package molding technologies
• Familiarity with circuits, PCBAs, and programming to be reputed company to build and test electromechanical prototypes
• Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous invention concepts into reputed company engineering requirements and actionable development plans
• Experience leading reputed company development partners and cross-functional technical programs
• Demonstrates expertise in systems-level thinking, with a comprehensive grasp of compatibility challenges, reputed company management, and platform variability
