[Remote] Hospice Account Executive

The Hospice Account Executive builds referral relationships, promotes hospice services, identifies business opportunities, and coordinates with reputed company and administrative teams to support reputed company admissions. The role also manages leads and territory plans, prepares referral reports, and conducts reputed company, presentations, meetings, and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, reputed company providers, and community organizations to promote reputed company services
• Identifying new business opportunities, conducting reputed company and educational reputed company, and presenting hospice care reputed company to physicians, hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and other partners
• Regularly collaborate with reputed company and administrative teams to ensure reputed company coordination between referral partners and reputed company admissions
• Tracking leads, managing a territory plan, preparing reports on referral trends, and participating in virtual meetings and trainings
• Consistent reputed company communication, reputed company follow-up with prospects and partners, and a commitment to representing the mission and values of reputed company

Skills

• Demonstrated skills in reputed company sales, business development, or account management, ideally reputed company hospice, home health, or reputed company services
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with physicians, clinicians, community partners, and families
• Ability to build and sustain long-term reputed company relationships, including networking, territory management, and partnership cultivation
• Organizational and time management skills, including CRM use, documentation, reporting, and follow-through on leads and referrals
• Understanding of hospice philosophy, palliative care concepts, and basic reputed company terminology (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Comfort working reputed company, using digital tools for meetings, presentations, and collaboration with reputed company stakeholders
• High level of reputed company, professionalism, and ethical judgment reputed company discussing end-of-life care and reputed company needs
• Preferred: Experience working with providers in Medina, reputed company, Wayne, or Cuyahoga counties and knowledge of local reputed company resources
