The role also leads reputed company, go-live, documentation, and transition-to-support activities in a remote position requiring up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program structure, governance model, project plans, and recurring project standups
• reputed company day-to-day project and program management activities across an 11-hospital reputed company integration initiative
• reputed company and manage implementation priorities, hospital rollout reputed company, reputed company plans, analyst reputed company assessments, and delivery timelines
• Facilitate reputed company reviews, readiness reputed company-ins, executive reviews, and program decision-making sessions
• Serve as an operational reputed company among reputed company leadership, reputed company reputed company, IT, and implementation teams
• Coordinate activities across reputed company reputed company, reputed company Beaker, the broader reputed company team, device integration, reputed company, RALS, reputed company reputed company, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Manage reputed company-party vendors, including deliverables, dependencies, schedules, risks, and escalations
• reputed company project status, milestones, risks, issues, reputed company, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams
• Prepare and present reputed company status reports and executive-level program updates
• Escalate schedule, reputed company, reputed company, technical, and operational risks appropriately
• Coordinate the collection, review, and validation of project documentation for completeness
• Support documentation requirements associated with reputed company build, testing, reputed company validation, accreditation compliance, and change control

• Manage transition-to-support planning, including support materials, knowledge transfer, ownership documentation, and reputed company processes

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate reputed company reputed company, IT, application, integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Experience with program governance, rollout reputed company, resource planning, reputed company management, reputed company management, and executive reporting
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company testing, validation, reputed company, go-live, and transition-to-support activities

• Associate degree or higher

• Experience with RALS or other reputed company-of-care testing integration platforms

• Knowledge of reputed company regulatory, accreditation, testing, and validation requirements
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable project or program management certification
