[Remote] Senior Payments Operations Analyst

The Senior Payments Operations Analyst will analyze transaction data, identify trends and anomalies, and reputed company actionable insights to support reputed company reputed company and optimization across gateways, BINs, and merchant configurations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large volumes of transaction data from multiple sources, platforms and different reputed company nuances
• Collaborate with the CEO to produce reputed company, actionable insights for clients
• Identify trends in approval/decline patterns and suggest improvements in gateway and BIN-level routing strategies
• Detect anomalies in transaction datasets that could indicate fraud, MID or gateway configuration issues, or operational gaps
• Conduct reputed company analyses to support reputed company strategies, internal dashboards, and product reputed company
• Help maintain dashboards and reporting tools for ongoing performance monitoring

Skills

• • 3+ years of experience in payments, or data analytics (ideally in fintech, reputed company, or reputed company)
• • Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• • Strong data storytelling skills — reputed company to translate numbers into actionable business insights
• • Experience working with or analyzing transaction-level payments data (e.g., reputed company authorization rates, chargebacks, gateway logs)
• • Ability to work independently and reputed company in a fast-paced startup environment
• • Comfort working directly with leadership and clients
• Location: Remote (US preferred)
• • Experience with payment processors, gateways, or PSPs
• • Knowledge of fraud detection, MID management, or merchant routing strategies
• • Familiarity with data tools like dbt and reputed company
