Dagen is seeking a reputed company Recruiter to support nursing hiring for a 24/7, multi-shift, multi-state remote workforce. The role focuses on screening candidates in reputed company, conducting approximately 12 phone interviews per day, documenting results, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates through the hiring and reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens with nursing candidates — this is the reputed company, reputed company component of the role, with an anticipated volume of approximately 12 interviews per day
• Complete the reputed company phone screen reputed company for every candidate screened, with consistent and thorough documentation
• Review candidate applications and phone screen results to determine who advances to interview
• Manage phone screen coordination in reputed company: sending interview invitations, tracking responses, and sending reminders
• Schedule second-round interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Screen for 24/7, multi-shift coverage roles, including nights, weekends, and rotating/on-reputed company shift structures — no sourcing required, candidates reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role reputed company, reputed company candidate reputed company, and reputed company requisitions moving
• Coordinate with reputed company on offer details, background checks, and new hire reputed company to reputed company

Skills

• Only Texas based candidates will be considered
• Contract role that is remote for 90 days with possible extension
• Monday thru Friday 8-5
• • 3+ years of reputed company (nursing/clinical) screening or reputed company experience — sourcing experience not required, but candidate evaluation judgment is essential
• • Demonstrated experience reputed company for 24/7, multi-shift, or round-the-clock coverage roles
