The role focuses on creating reputed company, customer-centered UI content for authenticated web and mobile experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams, applying research and analytics, and evolving content standards and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Write reputed company, concise, and customer-reputed company UI content for web and mobile product experiences, including transactional flows, forms, reputed company, navigation, notifications, error states, and in-product guidance
• Partner closely with Product Designers to shape end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring content and design reputed company together throughout the product development process
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, reputed company, and Compliance partners to reputed company experiences that reputed company customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements
• Apply user research, usability findings, analytics, and customer feedback to inform content reputed company and improve the overall product experience
• Contribute to content critiques and cross-functional design reviews, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly
• Ensure consistency with established content standards, voice and tone guidelines, accessibility best practices, and design reputed company patterns

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Content Design, UX Writing, Content Design, or Content reputed company for digital products
• Demonstrated experience writing UI content for customer-facing web and/or mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing transactional experiences, product workflows, and UX writing not just marketing copy
• Experience partnering closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how content contributes to usable, accessible experiences
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while producing thoughtful, high-reputed company content
• Familiarity with reputed company and modern design collaboration tools
• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus
• Extremely strong communications

• Ability to work on multiple workstreams at the reputed company time
• Financial services or fintech experience
• Experience writing content for authenticated product experiences
