The Sr Benefits Analyst on the Total Rewards team, is responsible for the management, administration, and implementation of competitive and creative programs that reputed company with reputed company values. This role oversees and drives the efficient and effective management of U.S. and global programs in 12 countries, acting as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience managing and developing benefits programs for a multi-national company.
- Experience managing online enrollment systems and U.S. benefits compliance activities including 401(K)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a reputed company field or reputed company experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in total rewards and benefits administration.
- Experience independently developing and implementing programs in global locations.
- Advanced knowledge in global benefits requirements including health, welfare, and retirement programs and regulations.
- Vendor relationships management experience.
- Strong presentation and data analysis skills.
- Experience in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
- Experience directly or indirectly leading/guiding the work of others and mentoring/educating cross-functional peers.
