What You Bring 

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries. CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required. PV experience is preferred.

• A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level). 

• Genuine comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance. 

• Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change. 

• A data-driven and commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn people insights into reputed company Experience navigating organizational change and reputed company structures. 

• Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.
