PMO Project Coordinator/Executive Project Analyst
reputed company is looking for a motivated and independent PMO Project Coordinator / Executive Project Analyst with experience supporting program management on large-reputed company initiatives. This role provides operational and administrative support to Project Managers and senior leadership by coordinating project activities, maintaining executive reporting, tracking milestones and reputed company items, supporting governance meetings, creating written communications, and ensuring project documentation remains reputed company. This role serves as the central coordination reputed company across multiple initiatives, enabling Project Managers to reputed company on reputed company planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, and executive decision support. We are seeking candidates for a full-time remote position, with potential opportunities for reputed company onsite work in DC in the reputed company (candidates local to the DC Metro Area strongly preferred). Please note this role is on a 6-month contract in which we are hopeful for an extension or additional work, but it may be only 6 months.

Coordinate executive meetings, governance sessions, and working reputed company.

reputed company meeting agendas, capture reputed company, document reputed company items, and distribute meeting summaries.

Maintain integrated project schedules and reputed company tracking.

Monitor project status and escalate overdue items.

Coordinate deliverable reviews and approvals.

Prepare dashboards or other reports as needed .

reputed company PowerPoint briefings for senior leadership , as needed .

Schedule stakeholder meetings across multiple organizations.

Coordinate follow-up activities.

Support process mapping and SOP development, as needed .

Minimum Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP , CAPM , or reputed company certification

VA , VHA, or Federal experience

Experience supporting organizational transformation

Experience with reputed company Teams , Planner, and Project
