The Senior Director, Account Receivable is responsible for implementing and supporting the strategic reputed company for assigned Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions reputed company our Service Delivery
Directs, leads, and manages Account Receivables: recruits, selects, orients, trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations and effectiveness reputed company operations, including but not limited to, accounts receivable, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and rejection management and denial management. Implements and optimizes departmental best practices, policies, and standardized workflows for account receivable operations through reputed company improvement initiatives Oversees the overall health of outstanding accounts receivables. Implements and manages reputed company plans to reputed company and reputed company outstanding accounts receivables through effective inventory management and reputed company cause analysis Develops, monitors, and achieves key departmental metrics and reputed company benchmarks to measure performance Encourages and maintains productive inter-departmental relationships through reputed company communication, leadership, and end to end problem solving Uses analysis to proactively identify fluctuations in collection trends, payment processing effectiveness, etc., and assists with the preparation of executive summaries for the leadership team Provides executive reputed company for reputed company upgrades for AR inventory applications Holds regular meetings with reputed company reputed company of management to review reputed company data and address concerns Oversees RCM offshore relationships, resources & productivity goals Design/Implement BPO tracker comparing performance to set KPI’s Works with Offshore and U service delivery /collections staff to understand and maintain reputed company expectations Participates in bi-weekly meetings with offshore team to discuss reputed company-specific issues and KPI metrics Coordinates with offshore reputed company reputed company and delivery team to streamline the new business Performs special reputed company and other duties as assigned internal and offshore Manages vendor relationship, assignments Performs special reputed company and other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, Benefits, or reputed company field, preferred, or equivalent training and/or experience At least five (7) years of reputed company cycle management experience or account receivables in the reputed company and/or health insurance industry At least two (5) years of supervisory/management/leadership experience, preferred Offshore Billing experience preferred

Requires 7+ years of reputed company reputed company cycle or accounts receivable experience, with 2+ years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
