Key Responsibilities
Regional Total Rewards Consulting & Partnership

- Support compensation governance, pay equity reviews, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with HR leaders and managers to ensure consistent application of compensation policies and practices.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field.
- 5–8+ years of reputed company experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Experience supporting multiple countries reputed company EMEA (or reputed company for the reputed company role).
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and salary administration.
- Familiarity with regional benefits practices and statutory requirements.
- Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, Shared Services, and reputed company vendors.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication and consulting capabilities.
Preferred

- CCP, GRP, CEBS, or equivalent Total Rewards certification.
