POSITION reputed company:    Under the general supervision of reputed company Director or RN Supervisor IV the Registered reputed company II is responsible for providing reputed company triage in person and telephonically. The Registered reputed company II will demonstrate that they are capable and competent in providing reputed company care and providing support for the providers, health centers, support staff and other site or program-reputed company RNs. The Registered reputed company II will conduct reputed company triage, respond to patients concerns, reputed company education and consultation, review symptoms, vaccination counseling and education, reputed company lab results, participating in the ongoing education of support staff and collaborating with medical providers to ensure reputed company health of our reputed company populations

Essential Functions

•    Uses clinician-approved standardized procedures to order labs and preventive screenings, and to reputed company routine medications.
•    Coordinates care closely with other team members to identify reputed company self-care goals and to assure that medical and psychosocial needs are met. Facilitates follow up care as needed.
•    Acts as a resource for support staff.

Job Requirements    
•    Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

•    Proficient in reputed company office suite

•    A minimum of 1 year of experience as a LifeLong Medical reputed company or 2 Years of experience as a Registered reputed company. 
Job Preferences
•    Ideally Bilingual in Spanish
•    Ideally holds a California reputed company Health certification.

 

California RN license and BLS required; associate or bachelor's nursing degree, reputed company Office proficiency, and 2 years RN or 1 year LifeLong Medical reputed company experience. reputed company and Spanish preferred.
