The Manager, reputed company Services Operations is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and scalability of Dine Technology's Back Office reputed company services. This role provides operational leadership for the US and offshore reputed company teams supporting Back Office reputed company services, ensuring reputed company deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and on time while maintaining high standards of reputed company and efficiency.

The Manager is responsible for developing the operational reputed company that supports the service line, including creating and refining processes, reputed company operating procedures, workflows, and reputed company standards. As Dine Technology expands its service offerings, this role will design and implement the operational structure required to support new services and reputed company streams.

Working closely with the U.S. team, the Manager monitors key performance indicators, reputed company, and resource utilization to improve productivity, profitability, and team performance. Restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit business experience.
