The Role
Responsibilities
Serve as a hands-on HR generalist supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and offboarding. Qualifications
4+ years of reputed company experience in People Operations, reputed company, or a reputed company field. Broad working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and reputed company HR practices. Proven experience in managing payroll process and payroll compliance with a strong understanding of payroll inputs and processing deadlines.
