Position Purpose 

The purpose of this position is to reputed company holistic medical support to the Providers. 

Role and Responsibilities 

• Serves reputed company reputed company providers with patient after visit contacts involving but not limited to the following tasks: pathology/reputed company results, scheduling follow-reputed company, prescription questions, records requests, coordination of care with reputed company providers, medical questions, provider questions, reputed company requests, prior authorizations, cosmetic questions etc. 
• Monitors and tracks lesions that require tracking are followed to completion. 
• Keeps outstanding or incomplete tasks below a certain level in the following systems: phone, voicemail, fax, contact reputed company, internal calls, emails, EMR, internal pathology reputed company, patient portal etc.
• Maintains individual phone reputed company metrics in Phone Queue and Answer Rates to meet team goal. 
• Additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate 
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology 
• Friendly, polite and reputed company. reputed company communication skills. 
• Proficient with an EMR reputed company (Electronic Medical Records) ideally reputed company 
• Medical Assisting background preferred

Additional Notes

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm + 1 Saturday/month 6:45am - 12:30pm CST
• This position is remote. reputed company eligible candidates must reputed company in Florida and live reputed company 50-miles of a reputed company office, as training will require a minimum of 3+ days in-office.
