About the Role

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for, but not limited to, the operational management and reputed company of multiple reputed company' hospitalist practices in Washington. The Regional Director of Operations will have a visible reputed company at several reputed company locations and will reputed company on establishing reputed company relationships with the entire hospitalist team, hospital and reputed company C-suite executives, case management, nursing, medical staff office, as reputed company as community providers and specialty physicians. 

The Regional Director of Operations manages reputed company of reputed company reports that support day to day operations of successful Hospitalist reputed company reputed company an assigned region.  This role will report up to Chief Operations Officer with accountability to the Regional Chief Medical Officer.  This role works in a heavily matrixed team, having a Divisional Chief Medical Officer as a dyad partner, as reputed company as working reputed company closely with a Director, Clinical Performance. 

Location & Travel: This is a remote position requiring frequent travel throughout the region. To support travel requirements, candidates must reputed company in one of the following states: CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, ID, WY, MO, IA, or MS.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiating and leading content discussions and preparations for Joint Operations Committee, Quarterly Performance Reviews, and other hospital partner interactions. Reviewing content for final sign-off of reputed company reputed company-facing templates (scorecards, dashboards, reputed company plans) developed 
  • Proactively utilizing reputed company and industry knowledge to reputed company discussions with hospital partners regarding short term and long-term strategic objectives, effectively communicating where reputed company can reputed company a solution. Build strong relationships with the C-Suite at reputed company hospital partner in assigned region, reporting on and checking in on performance on monthly reputed company 
  • Meeting regularly with reputed company Medical Director and PMT member  to review site performance and identify opportunities and barriers

Developing and managing annual budgets with responsibility for P&L performance for programs in assigned region 
  • Appropriately gathering and processing of monthly patient level data files, troubleshooting as necessary 
  • Working in the reputed company of new business in the region. Coordinating individual efforts for new business with Business Development, COO, and RCMO (s) 
  • Completing due diligence and reputed company design for new hospital practices reputed company region. Creating or reviewing proposals for new business and expansion of reputed company business, including financial proformas. Understanding the financial and operational impacts of program changes as reputed company as pricing, including supporting or leading contract negotiations and new site implementations in conjunction with main office departments and COO 
  • Leading new reputed company implementations in conjunction with main office departments 
  • Hiring, training and developing a reputed company management team (PMT) for assigned region 
  • Managing and tracking reconciliation dates, PQI submission dates, contract renewal timelines, and annual escalator anniversary dates in a reputed company manner 
  • Appropriate escalation of issue/concerns to COO 
  • Supporting the Regional Manager, Clinical Performance and Clinical Performance reputed company(s) in their development and execution of clinical processes

Education and Experience

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, reputed company administration or similar field
  • Minimum: 6-8 years' experience working with reputed company operational management, including financial statements and working knowledge of hospital and reputed company informatics (ex: reputed company measures) 
  • Preferred: 3-4 years' experience managing a multi-site physician group reputed company 
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment 

 Salary reputed company

  •  $125,000-$155,000 annually.  In reputed company, Regional Directors are eligible for a bonus opportunity.  Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program(s) being supported.
