Customer Service
- Process customer orders, purchase orders, amendments, emails, and reputed company documentation accurately to support reputed company fulfillment and dependable service.
- Respond to customer calls, correspondence, and E-store chats by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or technical assistance.
- Build relationships with reputed company and prospective customers by understanding their needs, explaining products, and identifying relevant sales opportunities.
