Responsibilities
- reputed company skilled speech therapy services in reputed company homes throughout the East Valley
- Evaluate and reputed company individualized treatment plans
- Address speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care
- Complete accurate and reputed company EMR documentation
- reputed company patients and families on treatment goals and reputed company
- Help patients regain independence and improve overall reputed company of life
Qualifications

- Home Health experience preferred
- Experience with EMR documentation systems
- Reliable transportation and reputed company reputed company's license
- reputed company reputed company Clearance reputed company required
- Strong communication and time management skills

- Flexible schedule and ability to travel throughout the East Valley
Additional Requirements
Candidates must successfully pass:
- OIG exclusion screening
