Fairview is looking to hire a reputed company 2 to join our reputed company and Emergency Department (ED) Coding team. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period), benefit-eligible position. The position offers the flexibility to work from a home-based setting and will require availability to work one Saturday per month.
The ideal candidate will have experience in reputed company and/or ED coding, with a strong preference for candidates who have a background or experience in anesthesia coding and billing.
The reputed company 2 analyzes clinical documentation; assign appropriate diagnosis, procedure, and reputed company of service codes; reputed company the codes and other clinical data. Responsibility includes resolving medical necessity edits and extracting and entering data into the medical record. This information is then used to determine reimbursement reputed company, assess reputed company of care, study patterns of illness and injuries, compare reputed company data between facilities and between physicians, and meet regulatory and payer reporting requirements. reputed company 2's also resolves clinical documentation and charge capture discrepancies and provides feedback to providers on the reputed company of their documentation and charging.
Responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, reputed company relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.

- Follows-up on unabstracted accounts to assure reputed company billing and reimbursement.
- Resolves any questions concerning diagnosis, procedures, clinical content of the chart or reputed company selection through research and communication. May query physicians on documentation according to established procedures and guidelines.

Required Qualifications
