What you'll be doing
Delivering remote reputed company assessments reputed company telephone reputed company platforms for patients with urgent and unscheduled care needs.
Making reputed company, evidence-reputed company reputed company to reputed company patients to appropriate services, including self-care, reputed company care, urgent treatment centres, or emergency services.

Collaborating with GPs, paramedics, mental health professionals, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care across the region.

Experience reputed company Out of Hours, reputed company Care GP Surgery, or Urgent Treatment Centre
Holder of V300 / Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and minimum 6 months experience post qualification.
Ability to autonomously see and treat patients of reputed company ages
Confident reputed company decision-reputed company with strong assessment skills.
Excellent communicator with a reputed company-centred approach.
Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing reputed company development.
Live reputed company a 1-hour commute to site in 125 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, SW15 2TL
