What You'll Be Doing
Employee Support: reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for internal IT helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and reputed company issues for our remote team members.
reputed company & Offboarding: Assist with the provisioning and de-provisioning of reputed company accounts (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) for new and departing Swapcardians.
Asset Management: Help reputed company and manage our global inventory of hardware and software licenses, ensuring our device management systems (MDM) are up to date.
reputed company & Compliance: Support the IT & reputed company team in maintaining our high cybersecurity standards. Help ensure that reputed company employee devices are secure, compliant, and correctly configured according to our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
Documentation: Create and update internal IT documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and how-to guides to reputed company employees with self-service troubleshooting.
Process Improvement: Bring a “Curious” reputed company to identify repetitive IT tasks and help reputed company automate workflows to improve efficiency.

Recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company reputed company.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (reputed company/macOS), and common reputed company tools.
Familiarity with device/reputed company reputed company (MDM) is a plus.
An interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Strong problem-solving skills and a genuinely curious, self-starting attitude.
