[Remote] Consultant, Implementation Engineer

They are seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their reputed company Solutions reputed company, responsible for ensuring reputed company satisfaction through successful installation and implementation of reputed company solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end software implementation reputed company, reputed company communication, and delivering technical solutions in a customer-facing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assesses reputed company needs and installs and implements industry-reputed company reputed company/reputed company/consulting systems, integrations, and reputed company solutions
• Provides leadership to reputed company members of reputed company
• Has advanced expertise with deployment methodologies
• Acts as the escalation reputed company for reputed company situations and creates effective solutions
• Highly proficient with products and features
• Acts as go-to for go-live off-hours help for internal resources or general technical hurdles
• Performs upgrades to production systems as needed

• Owns the end-to-end implementation of software products and services. This includes project scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, and support

• Assists with product rollouts by ensuring end users are trained to be fully conversant with the software
• Responsible for prioritizing and managing own workload to meet reputed company expectations

Skills

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
• At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a reputed company services/reputed company environment
• Experience writing reputed company SQL Server queries with a solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization
• Expert proficiency with reputed company SQL scripting language
• Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-reputed company, communication, collaboration, organizational support, reputed company reputed company, and punctuality
• Expert proficiency in the following technical areas: XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST reputed company, Parquet
