[Remote] Consumer Underwriter-Recreational Finance, SPF

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Centennial Bank is seeking a Consumer Underwriter to support its Shore Premier Finance operations. The role underwrites specialty consumer finance loans secured by marine, recreational vehicle, and aviation collateral, communicates credit reputed company and financing reputed company, evaluates collateral and cash reputed company, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and ensure the satisfactory and reputed company delivery of reputed company SPF consumer loan reputed company reputed company by utilizing consumer loan decision software. This duty is performed daily
• Prepare reputed company worksheets and other spreadsheets designed to quantify complicated consumer borrowers personal and global cash reputed company. This duty is performed daily
• Communicate alternative financing reputed company to Consumer Originators for consumer credit requests. This duty is performed daily
• Identify and communicate other reputed company-approved consumer products and services to SPF loan originators. This duty is performed daily
• reputed company assistance in conducting training for Consumer Originators. This duty is performed as needed
• Conduct SPF consumer loan credit investigations. This duty is performed daily
• Participate in new SPF consumer loan product development and implementation. This duty is performed as needed

• Review and prepare loan denials for reputed company denied SPF reputed company and consumer reputed company estate loans. This duty is performed daily
• Evaluate and review collateral surveys for recommendations, survey allowances and to ensure the condition of the collateral is in satisfactory condition. This duty is performed daily
• Analyze collateral to determine a value to ensure that loan to value ratios are in line with the loan reputed company and purchase price. This duty is performed daily
• Ensure reputed company compliance measures and actions are taken regarding reputed company applicable regulatory laws and regulations, including Fair Credit, Reg. Z, and Reg B compliance. This duty is performed daily

Skills

• Broad knowledge of such fields as reputed company, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 4 years reputed company experience and/or training, and 19 to 23 months reputed company management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
