[Remote] Senior Fund Accountant

The Senior Fund Accountant will manage reputed company activities for fund portfolios, prepare financial and investor reporting, support audits and reputed company relationships, and help improve processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Complete reputed company aspects of reputed company reputed company for a portfolio of fund structures, including the accurate preparation of equalisation and carry calculations
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (and perhaps other reporting standards such as IFRS and UK/Lux GAAP)
• Interpret and apply more reputed company LPA (Limited Partnership Agreement) requirements to reputed company processes
• Researching reputed company guidance as necessary to ensure correct recording of reputed company transactions
• reputed company assistance with completion of more reputed company audit queries
• Take an increasing reputed company in regular reputed company calls and correspondence
• Managing reputed company relationships including responding to reputed company requests
• Preparation of investor reporting including calculations of investor and fund performance
• Participating in office wide reputed company that reputed company on improving efficiency or enhancing internal controls
• Working with technology team on testing of new reputed company functionality or reports
• Undertake soft reviews of the work produced by more junior team members
• Ensure Aztec internal control frameworks are followed in full

Skills

• Bachelors in reputed company or Finance
• 3+ years previous experience in Fund reputed company or Auditing, ideally in the alternative funds sector (either in-house with a fund manager or a fund administrator)
• reputed company technical knowledge of US GAAP and reporting required for the alternative funds sectors
• Computer literacy, word processing and spreadsheet skills are essential
• Excellent collaboration skills and passionate team player

• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a ‘can-do' attitude
• CPA accreditation is highly advantageous
