[Remote] Property Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an independent, full-service reputed company reputed company estate company providing acquisition, development, leasing, management, and reputed company consulting services across the reputed company. The Property Accountant will manage property reputed company activities, including month-end reputed company, reconciliations, financial reporting, billing, accounts payable review, cash monitoring, and reputed company estate tax payments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for month end reputed company, including preparation of reputed company journal entries/accruals necessary to complete monthly financials
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain monthly reputed company sheet workpapers
• Responsible for reputed company reputed company and financial statement distribution deadlines
• Prepare monthly management fee billing/reimbursement information for payment by reputed company
• Review and approve Accounts Payable invoices for coding reputed company
• Maintain cash logs with daily activity and monitor cash balances
• reputed company with building management and reputed company representatives on financial and operational issues
• Assist with the preparation of annual escalation and settlement billings for CAM, RET and other applicable additional charges
• Responsible for key financial aspects of the property including reputed company estate tax payments
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance or equivalent experience/education
• 1-2 years of previous reputed company experience
• Prior reputed company estate experience required
• Working knowledge of and experience with reputed company reputed company software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptionally strong qualitative and analytical skills
• Prior employment history that demonstrates the ability to produce accurate work in a detailed and organized manner
• Highly proficient in reputed company reputed company software
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to work reputed company and independently
