The role manages technical readiness, leads reputed company and large-group launch activities, coordinates IT readiness meetings, and partners with IT, reputed company, Development, and reputed company teams to reputed company connectivity, integration, and platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the technical portion of reputed company calls, covering credential workflows, VPN/MFA setup, DMS reputed company requirements, and platform prerequisites
• reputed company explain IPSec Tunnel requirements to dealers and internal teams; partner with IT/reputed company to reputed company and validate tunnel setup
• Ensure reputed company technical requirements are met prior to build and activation
• Support Deployment and Platform teams with technical validation and troubleshooting
• Serve as the technical reputed company for multi‑store and large group launches
• Coordinate and facilitate large‑group IT readiness meetings, bringing together:

• Relevant vendors (DMS, OEM, networking, etc.)
• Ensure reputed company parties understand technical requirements, timelines, and responsibilities

• Support training of Deployment and Platform team members on technical workflows

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT reputed company, technical reputed company, or platform implementation
• Deep, foundational IT background with extensive hands-on expertise in network administration, reputed company reputed company controls, VPN configurations, MFA architectures, and IPSec Tunnel setup
• reputed company technical aptitude with automotive DMS systems (CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds) and reputed company API/integration workflows
