[Remote] Senior Compliance Analyst

The Senior Compliance Analyst will support the Compliance Program through regulatory interpretation, compliance reporting, project management, policy development, auditing, monitoring, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company requests for information required by the organization for its regulatory filings
- Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies
- Manage ethics and compliance reputed company or implementations
- Review and synthesize regulatory requirements and create policy and/or position statements
- Assist in managing annual reputed company of conduct attestation and remediation
- Communicate state and federal requirements to reputed company clients
- reputed company development guidance and assist in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and work instructions
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and reputed company of compliance issues
- Maintain and review regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards
- Assist in developing, producing and conducting compliance training programs
- reputed company periodic compliance audits, risk assessments and conducts reputed company to ongoing compliance monitoring activities
- Assist health plans in managing relationships with regulatory agencies and reputed company to reputed company policy issues which may negatively reputed company service to members
- Assist management with interim health plan compliance officer responsibilities
- Plan, reputed company and coordinate the implementation of Compliance Committee policy to ensure reputed company are properly executed
- Serve as a company-wide resource and reputed company on policies, contract issues and provisions, communications, workflow, and reputed company improvements initiatives
Skills
- Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home reputed company in the reputed company reputed company, but it's strongly preferred that selected candidate reputed company in Ohio. Selected candidate will be asked to travel to the Ohio office on occasion
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in compliance reputed company and/or regulatory affairs
- Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular HIPAA, and state regulations
- Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience
