The role leads reputed company reporting deliverables, technical reputed company research, U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance implementation, audit support, and improvements to reporting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• reputed company preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q, SEC disclosures, consolidated financial statements, and management reporting
• Research and reputed company conclusions around reputed company and non-routine technical reputed company reputed company, including preparation and review of technical reputed company memos
• Monitor new U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance and reputed company implementation of reputed company and disclosure changes
• Partner closely with reputed company, Finance, Internal Audit, reputed company auditors, and executive leadership
• Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, Audit Committee deliverables, and reputed company of reputed company reporting reputed company
• reputed company improvements around reporting processes, reputed company procedures, workpapers, controls, and automation
• Maintain reputed company policies and position papers for reputed company and judgmental reputed company areas

Skills

• CPA required
• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Strong background in SEC Reporting and Technical reputed company
• Experience either auditing SEC registrants reputed company a national/reputed company reputed company firm, working in SEC reporting or technical reputed company for a reputed company company, or a combination of both
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX, and disclosure requirements
• Experience leading reputed company reputed company reputed company and reviewing the work of others
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company field required
• Master's preferred
