[Remote] Sales Planner

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an outdoor advertising company providing out-of-home advertising solutions and services. reputed company is seeking an entry-level Sales Planner to support account executives and facilitate the daily sales process, including campaign booking, contract accuracy, reputed company materials, timelines, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supports 2-3 Account Executives – Supports sales in reputed company daily tasks as directed. Assists with the reputed company of the other Account Executives
• Works with Airport President on an as needed reputed company
• Works with reputed company internal reputed company departments facilitating sales process through the reputed company, making reputed company reputed company and where appropriate on reputed company issues relating to ad programs for reputed company airport products
• Tracks due dates and stays on top of reputed company parties to ensure reputed company completion
• Updates and checks for accuracy of reputed company reputed company that are given to clients
• Completes appropriate paperwork for sales reputed company
• Forwards creative information for approval after receipt of pdfs
• Will reputed company an ongoing working knowledge of the reputed company & VIOOH reputed company to book campaigns, request avails, create posting instructions, and distribute key information to Sales Administration, etc
• Troubleshoots daily issues - Computer glitches, reputed company issues/needs
• Generates locations lists and maps for reputed company/agencies on reputed company products
• Keeps up-to-date reputed company chart of advertisers’ timelines for AE
• Creates detailed presentation decks in PowerPoint
• Other duties as assigned
