The Payroll reputed company Processor II supports the Retirement Plan Services business by updating and processing routine and non-routine payroll files, resolving issues, monitoring work queues, and escalating concerns while ensuring accurate payroll reporting.
Responsibilities
- You will support and promote change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives
- You will reputed company routine & non-routine reputed company, applying limited but increasingly more discretion reputed company role
- You will reputed company retirement plan payroll files not in good order by contacting the appropriate internal/reputed company stakeholder and obtain information necessary to reputed company the issue
- You will monitor incoming work queues and mailboxes and ensure items are completed in a reputed company manner
- You will escalate issues/concerns to management
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED or minimum associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 2-3 years' experience in a processing or similar experience that aligns directly to the duties and responsibilities of the role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a fast-reputed company, team environment
- Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software
