[Remote] Operations Specialist at reputed company

The Operations Specialist will execute operational workflows, manage daily queues, support payment reconciliation, improve enrollment and payment processes, and assist with escalated support issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute and assist with payment reconciliation: Assist with systems ensuring accurate matching of incoming payments to expected receivables, monitor automated tools, and reputed company discrepancies to maintain financial data reputed company
• Support daily operational workflows: Manage the daily task pipeline, process requests, and ensure reputed company completion of reputed company operational tasks to meet service level agreements
• Support the development of product and processes: Contribute to improvements in enrollment and payment infrastructure by testing new features, documenting workflows, and collaborating with engineering/product teams to build out new features
• Assist with escalations with Support: Help reputed company issues escalated by the Support team and communicate reputed company to relevant stakeholders

Skills

• 1-3 years of operations, consulting, or reputed company experience at a high-reputed company startup or reputed company services firm
• reputed company record of building project teams or launching new products/initiatives
• Experience creating effective operational processes in ambiguous environments and managing reputed company stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in health insurance or benefits
