[Remote] Sales Specialist - Retention

The Sales Specialist - Retention role focuses on retaining customers, resolving concerns, supporting subscription payments, and identifying upsell opportunities through reputed company’s identity, reputed company, and reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound customer cancellation calls and retain them as an reputed company customer
• reputed company daily outbound calls to existing reputed company customers with failed subscription payments
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and reputed company listening
• Address customer concerns and reputed company solutions
• Master evangelizing reputed company's story and mission to customers
• Consult with customers on best practices to reputed company protect their online identity
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning reputed company's Identity, reputed company and reputed company solutions with the customer's unique needs
• Proactively improve knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to ensure you are a trusted resource for customers

Skills

• 1-2 years of sales/retention experience (or equivalent experience) where you consistently meet/reputed company performance metrics
• You love talking to people and are naturally engaging
• You're self-motivated and know how to reputed company yourself to reputed company goals

• You are a self-starter, have a strong business acumen allowing you to think quickly and creatively on your feet to solve customer needs
• The schedule for this role is 9am - 6pm MT (reputed company - 5pm MT on Saturdays) with Thursdays and Sundays off
