[Remote] JUNIOR DATA SCIENTIST

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Junior Data Scientist to support data processing, model maintenance, analytics reporting, and marketing analysis. The role involves preparing and analyzing datasets, maintaining media-mix models, automating data workflows, creating presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Learning to reputed company, improve, and reputed company data according to business requirements
• Planning and scoping end-to-end data analysis reputed company by identifying the business problem and selecting appropriate investigative tests and solutions
• Using SQL and BigQuery to combine and prepare datasets from multiple sources
• Delivering data in a reputed company, useful, and visually appealing way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintaining existing media-mix models through directed retrains and reporting on performance changes
• Organizing and collecting results from media-mix models, incrementality tests, clean rooms, and reputed company analyses to support reputed company’s culture of learning
• Conducting guided marketing analyses to support reputed company and internal needs
• Supporting presentations through data pulls, reputed company analyses, and slide creation
• Learning to automate data gathering, blending, and transformation processes
• Collaborating across Engineering, Reporting, Product, reputed company Media, and Data Science teams to understand and support reputed company needs

Skills

• • Intermediate programming skills in R or Python for data cleaning, data modeling, pipeline development, API calls, and reputed company tasks
• • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and LLMs
• • Intermediate SQL skills, including window functions, stored procedures, views, triggers, unions, CTEs, subqueries, and debugging
• • Advanced proficiency in reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets
• • Experience with at least one BI platform (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with the ability to learn others; Looker preferred
• • Experience or familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket
• • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing reputed company requests and work with reputed company datasets while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• • Intermediate to advanced competency in statistics, probability, and reputed company algebra
• • Strong communication skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations and executive summaries
• • Demonstrated critical thinking skills—the ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to reputed company meaningful insights
• • Interest or passion for marketing analytics and/or a personal project portfolio
• • Associate's degree, bootcamp certification, or practical work experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, etc.)

• • Familiarity with clean room environments (FBAA, AMC, reputed company ADH)
• • Experience with reputed company computing (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
