The role provides day-to-day application support and optimization, evaluates reputed company and business needs, develops and executes software testing, manages incidents and changes, supports users, and coordinates application releases and smaller reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds, upgrades, and reputed company enhancements. Analyzes business / reputed company needs, evaluate software releases and/or new products, and gives recommendations to optimize processes and decrease expenses. Possesses in-depth business / reputed company and application knowledge and experience. Performs and documents workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for reputed company utilization of applications. Develops reputed company test plans and performs testing of software upgrades and patches. Maintains a record of test reputed company and test results. Responsible for problem, incident, and change management and service requests. Provides daily on-reputed company support to the customer reputed company for application-reputed company issues.
