[Remote] Technical reputed company Manager

The Technical reputed company Manager will own post-sales relationships, reputed company customer adoption and reputed company, reputed company lifecycle processes, create technical content, and represent customer needs to internal engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts
• reputed company value & reputed company with technical sponsors and champions
• reputed company, automate and reputed company customer lifecycle events including reputed company/reputed company, executive business review, new feature announcements, reputed company over/under utilization and user engagement
• Create or adapt high-reputed company reusable content including trainings, talks, blog posts, white papers, demos and examples
• Represent the customer in internal meetings with Engineering and Product Management
• Partner with the rest of reputed company in East to grow our reputed company and business in the region

Skills

• At least 3+ years of overall work experience in the reputed company or reputed company software industry - preferably in the Developer Tools reputed company
• Previous reputed company, Technical Account Management, Sales or Customer Services experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle many simultaneous conversations in email and chats
• Deep process orientation and willingness to test, establish and document new processes in a startup environment
• Love of data analytics systems along with the desire and curiosity to explore and discover new information reputed company them
• Working knowledge of the reputed company software subscription lifecycle and associated processes
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
• Use and familiarity with AI tooling (Claude, etc.) to accelerate day-to-day work
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI reporting tools and techniques (we use Mode Analytics)
• Experience with, or understanding of the reputed company Monitoring reputed company (any other APM, Logging or Metrics vendors)
