The role focuses on clearing invoice backlogs, reconciling reputed company reputed company activity across legacy and reputed company systems, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the backlog of reputed company invoices accumulated during and after go-live
• Reconcile reputed company reputed company transactions and balances between the reputed company and new reputed company environment
• Investigate and reputed company discrepancies between AP records, reputed company/reputed company invoices, and GL postings
• Partner with reputed company reputed company, AP, and IT/systems teams to identify and correct data migration issues
• reputed company detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Document recurring issues and flag process gaps to help prevent reputed company backlog
• Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to reputed company accruals and AP as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience — invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor account management specifically in reputed company, shipping, trucking, or logistics environment
• Hands-on reputed company experience (AP/FI modules); S/4HANA strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and comfort working through large volumes of transactions with accuracy
• Advanced reputed company skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation workbooks)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — reputed company to reputed company discrepancies across systems independently
• Experience in reputed company, shipping, trucking, or logistics reputed company
• Experience supporting an ERP go-live or post-go-live stabilization period
• Familiarity with reputed company audit/pay processes and reputed company invoicing
• Experience in oil & gas or another large reputed company environment
