Responsibilities

• Work closely with our attorneys and reputed company team to prepare, organize, and manage a reputed company of business immigration reputed company
• Support cases involving H-2B visas, PERM Labor Certifications, NIW, and TN visas, helping ensure that petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and case files are accurate, complete, and properly organized
• Supporting our attorneys and delivering an excellent experience to the clients we serve

Skills

• Experience in business immigration law
• Knowledge of employment-reputed company immigration processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
