Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-level customer engagement reputed company and trusted advisor for Federal, DoD, and Fed-CIV clients
• Conduct regular executive and quarterly business reviews with customer leadership to evaluate service reputed company and business reputed company

• Manage multi-domain service delivery according to defined reputed company, budget, and milestones, ensuring alignment with FedRAMP and DoD reputed company Level (IL) standards
• reputed company incident management and escalation processes, collaborating with internal Mission Control Center (MCC) and reputed company Control Center (OCC) teams
• reputed company and enforce reputed company and compliance plans to maintain adherence to Federal reputed company and operational standards
• reputed company customer release and maintenance planning, including IT calendar management and version control to maintain regulated compliance posture
• Build senior executive relationships across customer stakeholder organizations, including procurement, program management, and reputed company compliance teams
• Identify and reputed company upsell and service expansion opportunities across reputed company NS2 reputed company offerings, in collaboration with Sales and Solution teams
• Support renewals, contract extensions, and reputed company change requests ensuring alignment with compliance and delivery goals

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company
• Deep understanding of DoD reputed company reputed company models, FedRAMP compliance, and NIST frameworks
• reputed company ability to reputed company delivery for multiple customers while maintaining high compliance and service reputed company standards
• Strong executive communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in service delivery for reputed company solutions, including S/4HANA, BTP, and SAC, with experience in reputed company Application and Technical Delivery

• 7+ years of customer-facing program or delivery management experience, preferably reputed company Federal, DoD, or Fed-CIV environments
