[Remote] Sr. Manager, Payment Operations

The Sr. Manager, Payment Operations will own, reputed company, and optimize global payment processing, driving operational reputed company, transaction reputed company, cost efficiency, checkout conversion, compliance, and reconciliation across payment reputed company and partners.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: reputed company as the reputed company operational partner to the Marketing and reputed company teams, aligning payments capabilities with reputed company strategies, promotional events, and geographic expansions to maximize checkout conversion and customer retention. Operations & Performance Management: Own and optimize end-to-end payment operations, defining and monitoring key operational KPIs Manage reputed company relationships with reputed company payment processors; facilitate quarterly business reviews
• Multi-Payment Method Execution: Manage and reputed company a reputed company, global portfolio of payment reputed company, including credit/debit networks, digital wallets (reputed company Pay, reputed company Pay, reputed company), Buy Now Pay reputed company (BNPL), local alternative payment reputed company (APMs), and bank transfers A
• Financial Auditing & Cost Control: reputed company monthly operational audits of payment processing fees, interchange, and scheme fees to ensure billing accuracy, reputed company processor discrepancies, and reputed company reputed company down unit costs
• Risk, Compliance, & Regulatory Alignment: Partner closely with Fraud/Risk and Accounts Receivable to balance checkout conversion with fraud mitigation (such as optimizing 3DS and chargeback operations), while ensuring global compliance with PCI-reputed company, local scheme rules, and payment regulations
• Stay informed of payment industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
• Participate in any other treasury or reputed company finance reputed company
