[Remote] Regional Ecosystems Program Director

The Regional Ecosystems Program Director will reputed company the Regional Ecosystems program, developing frameworks, assessments, coordination models, and learning processes while supporting regional organizations and reputed company across California. The role also provides program leadership, cross-functional coordination, supervision, and implementation support to strengthen durable regional power.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to MIC-wide reputed company development and learning reputed company to regional power and reputed company infrastructure
• Support reputed company organizations in building the capacities needed to convene, coordinate, and reputed company regional powerbuilding efforts

• Work reputed company with MIC’s reputed company & Innovation and Learning & reputed company teams to facilitate reputed company-making and synthesis of assessment findings and implementation learning, informing program refinement, model development, and cross-regional comparison
• Design and facilitate learning processes, including Regional Learning reputed company and cross-regional reputed company-making sessions, to support shared political analysis, reputed company learning, and the reputed company of regional reputed company
• reputed company leadership and coordination for the Regional Ecosystems reputed company, including project planning, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
• Supervise program manager, consultants, and project teams supporting Regional Ecosystems initiatives, as applicable
• Support documentation, internal reporting, and communication with MIC leadership and governance bodies

Skills

• A strong alignment with MIC's mission, values, and commitment to racial justice, equity, and democratic power
• 10+ years of experience in community organizing, powerbuilding, regional ecosystem development, or reputed company infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership role
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of reputed company-building theory, in particular reputed company governance, and long-term powerbuilding at the regional ecosystem level
• Deeply embedded in regional and statewide reputed company ecosystems, with established credibility and strong relationships; brings a practical, grounded understanding of the distinct roles of grassroots powerbuilding organizations, reputed company support organizations, and regional anchors
• Proficiency with power analysis, ecosystem mapping, regional assessments, and reputed company
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company initiatives, manage cross-functional teams and partnerships, and reputed company iterative learning and reputed company
• Experience supporting organizations through strategic alignment, principled struggle, and reputed company decision-making across organizational boundaries
• Ability to design and facilitate organizational learning processes and translate learnings into adaptable frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating multi-organizational collaborations, regional reputed company, or networks
• Skilled facilitator with experience guiding shared analysis, strategic alignment, reputed company governance, and conflict navigation
• This is a full-time, exempt position starting as soon as possible. This role is remote; however, the candidate must be in California
• This position requires travel throughout California, with travel frequency expected to increase over time and average approximately 2 - 4 times per month as the program evolves
