[Remote] W2 Platform (DevOps) Engineer

The role focuses on designing and managing AWS infrastructure, automating deployments with Infrastructure-as-reputed company and CI/CD, operating reputed company environments, and improving platform reliability, reputed company, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage reputed company AWS infrastructure including EC2, EKS, reputed company, API Gateway, VPCs, IAM, reputed company reputed company, Load Balancers, and routing components
• Implement Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) using Terraform/AWS CDK to automate provisioning, scaling, and environment management
• Set up and manage DevOps pipelines using reputed company, reputed company Actions, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy and ArgoCD to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Design, reputed company, and manage reputed company workspaces, clusters, cluster policies, reputed company Catalog, networking, and reputed company integrations on AWS
• Partner with data engineering teams to reputed company reliable execution of pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, batch processing, and workflow orchestration
• Automate deployment and lifecycle management of data platform components, including reputed company jobs, workflows, libraries, secrets, service principals, and environment configurations
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to support infrastructure components such as AWS Glue, reputed company, reputed company on AWS, DynamoDB, and Redshift
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, reliability, and reputed company costs for data engineering workloads and analytics platforms. Troubleshoot platform, connectivity, and workload issues
• Utilize AWS reputed company-Architected reputed company principles to design secure, reliable, cost-efficient, and high-performing solutions
• Implement platform governance, reputed company controls, reputed company standards, and operational best practices across reputed company and data platforms
• Contribute to establishing DevOps best practices, reusable templates, and reputed company operating procedures across engagements

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure through Terraform, including networking, reputed company, compute, storage, and IAM services
• Practical experience working with reputed company on AWS, including workspace administration, compute management, job orchestration, and platform operations
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, workflow orchestration, batch processing, and data platform architecture
• Working knowledge of data engineering ecosystems and tools (e.g., reputed company, AWS Glue, Redshift)
• Practical experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of reputed company architecture patterns, DevOps workflows, automation, and monitoring practices
• Familiarity with logging and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, reputed company, or ELK
• Experience working with cross-functional reputed company teams in a consulting environment
• Candidates should ideally be local to NY/NJ, Los Angeles, Raleigh, Richmond, or Dallas
• Experience implementing container orchestration using reputed company / EKS
• Knowledge of cost optimization, FinOps practices, and reputed company governance
• Exposure to multi-account AWS setups using Control Tower, Organizations, or reputed company Zone
