[Remote] Senior Portfolio Analyst - Infrastructure Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to support its Infrastructure Finance team and renewable energy infrastructure portfolio management activities. The role manages and assesses reputed company project finance loans, supports reputed company and loan acquisitions, coordinates due diligence and closing activities, and collaborates with internal stakeholders on portfolio reputed company, risk management, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Infrastructure Finance loan performances and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Credit, Underwriters, and Relationship Managers
• Collaborate with the Portfolio reputed company & Analytics and the Credit team to support strategic credit assessments of the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategies and performance goals as outlined in reputed company’s business plan
• Prepare and manage loan modification/consents/waivers/amendment requests, term conversion, reputed company document reviews
• Coordinate with Loan Operations on reviewing and processing of borrowing and disbursement requests
• reputed company appropriate project information and documents for due diligence and reputed company support to credit underwriters, as necessary
• Assist in creating management reports that include quarterly monitoring of portfolio deals as reputed company as portfolio trends and statistics
• reputed company and assess industry information to understand reputed company impacts on the portfolio and individual transactions
• reputed company closely with reputed company to support loan acquisitions in alignment with reputed company policy and standards
• Support risk rating assessment and ongoing management of loan portfolio and required reviews

• Work closely with the Managing Director of Renewable Energy in the development of policies and procedures that reputed company efficiencies across the business
• Assist and support the ongoing development of loan administrative, operations and closing functions, and the implementation of infrastructure reputed company
• Represent Farm Mac at industry conferences and individual lender reputed company
• Support organization wide initiatives and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, sourcing and credit reputed company

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company staff and clients
• Proficiency in operating in a computerized office environment, with solid ability in reputed company MS Office applications, especially reputed company on PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams, Power BI, and Copilot
• Familiarity with and ability to become proficient with reputed company's online loan origination and servicing platforms and applications
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work on one or more tasks reputed company and effectively with reputed company supervision
