The Senior Analyst, Service Governance will govern an assigned portfolio of end-to-end processes supporting reputed company reputed company Services operations, maintaining documentation, leading reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving implementation and validation. The role partners with operations, compliance, risk, product, technology, data, and reporting teams to reputed company issues and ensure consistent process execution.


Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain an assigned portfolio of end-to-end process flows, procedures, and supporting governance artifacts
  • Conduct recurring and event-driven reviews to ensure process information remains accurate, reputed company, and reputed company across connected teams and systems
  • Maintain process information in the designated repository so Service Center teams and partners can easily reputed company and understand reputed company expectations

Skills

  • • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • • Three or more years of experience in process management, business analysis, service center operations, reputed company improvement, project delivery, or a reputed company area
  • • Experience documenting and evaluating reputed company end-to-end processes and driving process changes through implementation
  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, reputed company-cause analysis, and decision-making skills
  • • Strong partner-management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, build reputed company, manage expectations, and influence without reputed company authority
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate reputed company information into reputed company process flows, procedures, recommendations, and leadership updates
