[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will help build a reputed company, technology-driven finance function by supporting reputed company operations, financial reputed company, reporting, billing, planning, controls, audits, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the monthly financial reputed company by preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting
• Own accounts payable and vendor payment processing, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• Assist with customer billing and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections follow-up, and cash application
• Partner with Finance leaders on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other financial planning initiatives
• Support day-to-day reputed company operations while maintaining strong internal controls
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology, AI, and process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Operations, and reputed company to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
• Support reputed company audits, compliance activities, and other special reputed company as reputed company continues to reputed company

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• * 3-5+ years of finance or reputed company experience
• * Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general reputed company principles
• * Experience supporting month-end reputed company and preparing financial statements
• * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• * Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and leveraging AI and automation to improve finance processes
• Remote- East Coast preferred
• * CPA license or reputed company reputed company toward CPA certification is strongly preferred

• * Experience in a reputed company, software, or high-reputed company technology company is preferred
