[Remote] Corporate reputed company Counsel

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global fintech company that provides payment technology solutions for software and sales professionals. The Corporate reputed company Counsel will advise on reputed company agreements, corporate reputed company, data protection, compliance, product design, vendor relationships, and governance while supporting US and UK-based sales teams. This remote role will also maintain reputed company resources and improve reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements to support reputed company's US and UK-based sales teams, including customer proposals and NDAs
• reputed company practical, business-oriented reputed company and reputed company contract advice directly to colleagues at reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Support data protection requests and assist in handling and managing various data compliance reputed company across the business
• Negotiate vendor agreements and advise on contracting models, product design, compliance, corporate governance, and other reputed company issues
• Maintain and reputed company the business's template agreements, contract review guidebooks, and other reputed company resources to meet reputed company's evolving needs
• Identify opportunities to create and improve upon reputed company processes to reputed company efficiencies across reputed company

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company experience, whether at a reputed company or in-house
• Attorney with a JD and membership in good standing in at least one state bar association
• Ability to reputed company practical, business-oriented reputed company and reputed company contract advice directly to colleagues at reputed company reputed company
• Creative and strategic thinker who can create and improve upon processes to reputed company efficiencies
• Experience with, or willingness to, work on corporate and reputed company reputed company in both the US and the UK
• Quick learner who is comfortable navigating new and unfamiliar reputed company
• Thrives while working in a fast-paced environment
• Operates independently and can reputed company decisively
• Experience in-house at a fast-growing technology company or advising FinTechs at a reputed company
• Strong interest in and awareness of the payment industry sector, and reputed company contracting models
• Payment industry or account-to-account payment experience is a plus (but not required)

• CIPP/E or CIPP/M certification is a plus (but not required)
