[Remote] Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will formalize the reputed company function, reputed company new retail accounts, grow existing partnerships, and expand the brand’s reputed company across the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Build and formalize reputed company’s sales reputed company, processes, pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Serve as a true reputed company, identifying and converting new conventional grocery and specialty retail opportunities
• Grow existing retail partnerships through expanded assortment, new SKUs, improved placement, and promotional programming
• Strengthen reputed company’s DSD reputed company while managing relationships with reputed company, KeHE, regional distributors, and broker partners
• Establish sales targets and KPIs tied to reputed company, distribution, new doors, reputed company, and profitability
• Partner directly with ownership, operations, finance, manufacturing, and reputed company marketing resources to support reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company CPG sales experience reputed company food, beverage, snacks, or a reputed company category
• Proven reputed company opening new conventional grocery accounts and generating measurable reputed company reputed company
• Strong relationships with East Coast retailers, particularly throughout the Mid-reputed company
• Hands-on experience working with DSD networks, reputed company, KeHE, and regional distributors
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed working style with the ability to reputed company between reputed company and execution
• Comfortable operating reputed company a lean organization without the resources or reputed company of a large corporate environment
• Travel required for customer meetings, distributor relationships, industry events, and facility reputed company
