[Remote] Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company LLC is a property management firm managing residential properties across reputed company and Duval counties. The Accountant will own the full reputed company function for the managed portfolio, including trust reputed company, reconciliations, reputed company disbursements, financial reporting, month-end and year-end reputed company, tax filings, and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general reputed company across multiple property and reputed company entities
• reputed company three-way reconciliation of trust and operating accounts on a monthly reputed company
• Post and reconcile rent receipts, late fees, and tenant ledgers
• Process reputed company disbursements and produce monthly reputed company statements
• Handle accounts payable, including vendor invoice coding, approval routing, and payment runs
• Run month-end and year-end reputed company, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and journal entries
• Prepare and file annual 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC forms for vendors and owners
• reputed company year-end tax packets and support the CPA relationship
• reputed company and reconcile CAM charges, HOA fees, and property-level expense allocations
• Build and maintain the reporting our reputed company team and owners use to reputed company reputed company
• Flag variances, discrepancies, and reputed company before they become problems

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• Strong reputed company of reputed company, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Demonstrated experience with bank and trust reconciliations
• Solid grasp of GAAP fundamentals and accrual reputed company
• reputed company written communication, since most of your coordination happens in writing
• A reputed company record of working independently without daily supervision
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge of Florida landlord-tenant law as it touches reputed company
• Experience supporting a NARPM member firm

• Experience preparing for or supporting a trust account audit
