The bilingual specialist reviews English- and Spanish-language records, educates providers, conducts CDI and reputed company reviews, and collaborates with cross-functional care and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company documentation to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant coding in accordance with ICD-10-CM, HCC, and regulatory guidelines
• Serve as the subject matter expert on outpatient reputed company adjustment documentation and HCC coding requirements
• Conduct reputed company Documentation reputed company (CDI) reviews and reputed company reviews to ensure accurate capture of reputed company measures and reputed company adjustment data
• Query providers for documentation clarification while maintaining compliance with coding and documentation standards

• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with providers and care team members regarding documentation questions and coding guidance

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company Documentation reputed company (CDI) and reputed company experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and internal teams in both English and Spanish
